To order name labels from Namelabels.com, you choose what kind of label you want to order in the menu at the top of the site. Follow the instructions in allocated order. You choose yourself what it should say on the label – name or initials and phone number are the most common. When all the information you want is added to your name label, press the «Add to cart»-button at the bottom.

You’ll get the option to design more labels or proceed to checkout, where you complete your order and either pay directly or ask for an invoice. If you have questions or experience any trouble while ordering, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected].

Stick-On Labels and Iron-On Labels are sold separately in sets consisting of 120 labels. One set cost 19.95 USD. Our mini labels are sold in sets consisting of 150 labels and costs 16.95 USD. We also offer a combination package of one set of stickers and one set of iron-on labels (120 of each label type) for 32.95 USD. One set of large labels consists of 33 stickers in seven different shapes and sizes for the price of 19.95 USD.

Please note that the recipient will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties or taxes for orders delivered to any country.

At the top right of Namelabels.com you’ll find «My Account». Here you can see an overview of your orders. If you wish to place the exact same order again, access the order in question and choose «Order again». What kind of name label you should choose depends on the surface you want to put the label on. A lot of people swear to the very easy to use stickers, which can be placed on most items that has a smooth and synthetic surface. Examples are lunch boxes, bottles and shoes. Stickers can also be used to label clothes – just remember to place it on the synthetic washing instructions patch/care label attached to the inside seam of the garment, or a patch in an equivalent smooth and silky material.

If you wish to label clothes that don’t have a synthetic washing instructions patch/care label, you should choose iron-on labels. The iron-on labels are applied directly onto textile by the use of an iron, and they «become one» with the fibers in the garment. Make sure that the garment withstands the high heat needed before ironing.

Depending on where you live, you can expect to receive your package within 7-20 days with standard free shipping. With express shipping – which is only applicable to the United States – you can expect to receive your package within 1-3 business days. We normally produce all orders on the same day as the order is placed, or the following business day. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time to your location, please contact us on [email protected] and we will help you. We do not offer express delivery.

You can pay directly by credit card or PayPal. You choose your preferred payment method at checkout. Our payment solution is delivered by PayPal and Stripe (Credit Card).

Normally, we ship your name labels within 1-3 business day. Our estimated delivery time is 1-3 days (express shipping) and 7-20 business days (standard shipping without tracking), depending on where you live. If you have yet to receive your labels after the estimated delivery time to your location, we ask you to please contact us by e-mail at [email protected].

When you place your order with us you will receive a confirmation email, where you can see both the design and text that you have chosen for your labels. If you discover that something is wrong, you have to contact us as soon as possible by email at [email protected]. Please note that typos are not covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee.

Regarding big orders for companies or organizations, problems placing an order or if you have any questions regarding business orders, please contact us by email at [email protected].

Our goal is to deliver the very best product to our customers. If you in any way experience problems with our name labels, you will receive a new product or a refund, on the condition that the product has been used correctly. In some cases, we would like you to return the products if you wish to benefit from the guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to typos or if you wish to change the design after placing your order. The guarantee applies for a full year after purchase.

Our regular stick-on labels have many areas of use and can be placed on most smooth surfaces like the washing instructions patch/care label on the inside of clothes, the gym bag, lunch boxes, toys, bottles and much more. The stickers cannot be applied directly on textile – for this we recommend iron-on labels. Our stickers are laundry, dryer, dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave safe.

Our mini labels have the exact same traits as the regular stickers. The mini labels are not suitable for labeling clothes, as the label’s contact area is so small that we unfortunately cannot guarantee them to be laundry safe. Our mini labels are dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave safe.

Large labels have the same traits as regular stick-on labels and mini labels. The large labels/stickers are laundry, dryer, dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave safe.

Our regular stickers are 1.18 × 0.5 inches (30 × 13 mm). Mini stickers are a fourth of this size at 0.6 × 0.26 inches (15 × 6,5 mm). Large labels/stickers some in seven different shapes and sizes.

Our stickers are well suited for labeling lunch boxes, bottles, shoes, equipment and toys and much more. The surface has to be clean and dry during application and remember to rub a little bit on the sticker so that all edges adhere properly.

When labeling clothes with stickers, the sticker has to be placed on the synthetic washing instructions patch/care label or an equivalent smooth, synthetic surface, and never directly on textile – for this we recommend iron-on labels.

The garment or item can be used right away but wait at least 24 hours before you wash it. Our stickers are laundry safe up to 140ºF (60ºC) and dryer safe, as well as dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave safe.

Yes, our stickers are durable and can be used in shoes. We recommend that you do not place the sticker on the inside sole, since this is the area with most wear and tear. The best placement for stickers in shoes is on the inside of the «tongue». The stickers will also attach well to the outside of the shoe – just make sure that the surface is clean and dry before you apply the label.

The most common cause for the stickers to loosen or fall off is that they are not correctly attached. Our stickers are developed to adhere to synthetic materials and smooth surfaces that has to be clean and dry during applying. When you place the sticker, you should rub your finger over it to make sure all edges adhere properly. When labeling clothes with stickers, they need to be placed on the synthetic washing instructions patch/care label on the inside side seam of the garment, or a patch in an equivalent smooth material.

Apply maximum heat to the iron, without using the steam function. Place the iron-on label onto the garment with the print facing upwards, put the supplied ironing paper or a baking sheet on top and apply heat while pressing down firmly on the label for 10-15 seconds. Depending on your iron, you might have to repeat the process. When the iron-on label is correctly attached it will look as one with the garment and feel smooth to the touch.

The garment can be used right away but wait 24 hours before you wash it. We do not recommend that you iron the labels onto garments that do not withstand high heat. If this is the case, we recommend to iron the label onto a piece of cloth that you then sow onto the garment.

Yes, iron-on labels can be applied on wool. Make sure that the garment withstands high heat and remember to put the supplied ironing sheet or a baking sheet between the label and the iron.

The most common reason for iron-on labels to fall off, is that they have not gotten enough heat during application. Individual differences between irons might mean that you need to apply heat longer than the recommended 10-15 seconds.
